Right away she started finding potential buyers, and brought them to see

Alene Dickson was our realtor she helped us sell my mother's house on Sunset Lake. Before choosing her we had spoken to other realtors which made our decision easy when we listed with Alene. Alene Dickson is a first rate, and then some, realtor. From the time she and I first met and listed my house, it took a mere five weeks to bring closure to a sale on a house that, because of its unique architectural design, was not an easy sell. She is a master mediator in sales negotiations.
Alene and I worked as a team in getting people in to make the exterior grounds of the property presentable for sale that included clearing a tree, fallen as a result of being on the periphery of a spring tornado. Through staging of the inside of the house, she guided me to make decisions (many days I was making 5-6 major decisions via email and/or cell phone) while I was too busy in my career to be on the scene physically. She supported my dreams to begin devoting more time to my career, knowing I could not do that and keep the house too.
We took risks together, overcoming hearsay and all other sorts of “odds.” Alene is a believer that “nothing is impossible,” and she and I proved it, thankfully. She had the foresight to recognize a strongly potential buyer and followed that instinct until she sealed the deal.
Friends of mine, who have known about my efforts to sell the house in past attempts, affirm that she had “done a lot” for me and went beyond the call of duty to help me sell my house. One of my friends recalls me saying “An angel just called me,” when I told her about Alene’s call to me the day I decided to list my house with her. All the hard work on her part and my part paid off sooner than we expected; we didn’t even get to have the open house she’d planned.
I guess I’d have to say that more than salesmanship or any other training she may have had to get her realtor’s license, it is her vision and her belief in dreams and other important unseen things in people’s lives that make her the special realtor she is.
