When I decided to purchase a house, after years of renting, she made sure I understood my financial options and would have a reasonable mortgage payment. Then she sifted through all the houses in that price range and came up with a list for me to consider.  When I saw ones that I liked, she took me inside and I had all the time I needed to make my choice.  She helped me evaluate the quality of each house, not just the cosmetic presentations.

Once I selected my favorite and runner up, she helped me make an offer, and supported a logical approach to negotiating the price.  Even after the sale, she stayed with me, explaining and offering help with the many decisions one makes in the home-buying process.

I felt that she was my advocate in the entire process.  She went to bat for me, even during closing when there were a couple of unexpected problems with items being left behind.  From beginning to end, I felt she supported me, and never pressured me.
